DMRFC Windsor Hall is located at 120 39th St in West Des Moines.  Minutes from Jordan Creek Town Center and interstate access. For additional information and reservations, please call John Jungling @ 515-729-2911.

DATES:
The club has two seasons that run in the spring (March- Mid May) and fall (Sept- October).  All Saturdays during these seasons are not allowed.  Please call for your exact date.

FEES:

$ 600.00 = Rental Fee. (minimum 5 hours) which includes the $100 cleaning fee.

$ 500.00 = Damage Deposit Check. (refundable) A damage deposit is required but will not be deposited. This check will be returned as long as the hall, deck & grounds are left as is. Nothing is damaged or stolen.

FOOD & ALCOHOL:
Both are allowed and not provided by the club, that is your responsibility. Lots of table & chairs are available along with a small kitchen, bar area, keg coolers and other.

CAPACITY:
The Hall is rated for 180 guests and the deck can hold 200 plus. You can always visit the club and see the entire hall from the deck and check out the parking.
